Q. What are your store hours?
A. Regular Store Hours: Mon.-Thurs. 10am-7pm, Fri.& Sat.
10am-6pm
Q. What forms of payment do you accept in your stores?
A. We accept cash, business/school checks, and the major credit cards
(Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). Sorry,
we no longer accept personal checks.
Q. Who is tax exempt?
A. Someone who is being reimbursed by a non-profit organization
(such as a public school or church) qualifies for tax exemption.
However, Teacher Heaven must have a current sales tax exemption
form on file for your organization. Businesses who are reselling
merchandise purchased at Teacher Heaven must provide a resale
certificate.
Q. How do I use a gift card to purchase materials online?
A. For now, please select "Purchase Order" as the method of
payment. Type in the card number below that and let us know in
the "Comments" section that you are using a gift card. If your
gift card will not cover the entire amount owed, please include
your credit card information (number, type,and expiration date)
in the comments section as well.
Q. Does Teacher Heaven carry TAKS materials?
A. YES!! We have several book series to choose from including
"Targeting the TAKS", and "TAKS Busters". (All TAKS books are
non-returnable.) We also carry other items like TAKS pencils,
pencil flags/bookmarks, as well as TAKS Strategy Wheels and "Do
Your Best on the Test" items.
Q. Does Teacher Heaven carry home school materials?
A. Yes! We carry a home school curriculum from Alpha Omega
which is a complete curriculum for the whole year based on
Christian principles. We also carry Saxon Math
curriculums. Many home school parents shop our huge
selection of workbooks and resource books in addition to our
posters, maps, and hands on learning materials in all subjects.
SHIPPING/ONLINE ORDERING QUESTIONS:
Q. How is my shipping determined?
A. All orders are charged 12% of their subtotal, but no less
than $8.95 for ground UPS delivery.
Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. We estimate that your order should reach you within 2 weeks,
at the very most. However, there are special cases where it may
take longer (backorders, etc.). We will notify should such a
case arise.
Q. I would like my items shipped faster to me, can I do this?
A. Yes! Expedited deliveries may be subject to additional
shipping charges based on weight, size, and transit time. Please
indicate in the "Comments," section what your shipping
preference would be, or the arrival date you need your items by.
Q. Can you ship internationally?
A. Most certainly! International orders are subject to
additional shipping charges based on size, weight, and
destination. All international orders are shipped USPS.
Q. How do I make my order tax exempt?
A. Type "tax exempt" in the coupon redemption section when
checking out.
Q. What if I don't find what I am looking for on the website?
A. If you are having trouble finding an item, feel free to use
the blank order form provided online. Or, e-mail us and we can
let you know if the item is available.
